Founded and part of the NWMS Group of Companies, which specialises in the provision of corporate services worldwide, it was initially formed as NorthEastern Properties Limited designed to provide managed office services in Seychelles as this was something not available locally as seen in most international financial centres but with its expanded demand for additional services locally including legalisation, administration services the group has tapped on to its decades of experience to bring NEP SERVICES ‘NEP” to the market with the principles of efficiency, compliance, and innovation,
NEP is not a registered Seychelles International Corporate Service Provider and does not provide company formation or registered office services under the IBC Act and where required through local partners provides the formation and RO services but in return provides the substance office and any additional local support if needed. We aim to be the one-stop solution for businesses looking to establish and thrive in Seychelles’ vibrant economic ecosystem.
